2. Required Sender and Beneficiary Information
To ensure smooth processing of your transaction, please provide the following details accurately:
• Sender’s full name
• Sender’s date of birth
• Beneficiary’s full name

3. Name-Matching Requirements for Transactions to Thailand
All transactions to Thailand are subject to mandatory name-matching validation. To prevent rejection, please ensure the following:
a) The beneficiary’s name must match at least 85% of the name registered with the beneficiary’s Thai bank.
b) Enter the full name exactly as per bank records, including first, middle, and last names.
c) Do not include prefixes or salutations (e.g., Mr, Ms, Mrs).
d) Avoid duplicated or repetitive names.
e) Ensure all name fields are correctly filled:
• Enter the last name in the Surname field.
• Enter all other name components in the Name field.
f) Do not use “NO LAST NAME” — such transactions will be rejected.
g) Remove any extra spaces before or after the name.
