Who we can’t work with
Tranglo is committed to doing business the right way – which means keeping things safe, legal and transparent. For that reason, we do not engage or onboard any persons involved, directly and indirectly with the following activities:
a. Selling or involved in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
i. Drugs, medical marijuana, cannabis seeds, drug paraphernalia;
ii. Any illegal substances or related products;
iii. Human organs, weapons or anything involving harm to others;
iv. Counterfeit goods or replicas;
v. Pirated media, unauthorised software or copyright violations;
vi. Content or services that promote bestiality, rape, hate, violence or incest;
vii. Child abuse imagery, child pornography or child exploitation of any kind;
viii. Jailbreaking tools or software; ix. Devices that bypass copyright protection;
x. Any other services considered illegal under applicable laws.
b. Internet or online gambling, including poker, casino games and sports betting.
c. Unacceptable financial schemes, such as:
i. Pyramid schemes;
ii. Unregulated e-money or foreign exchange beneficiaries;
iii. “Get rich quick” offer or high-yield investment programs (Legitimate multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses may be considered)
d. Any involvement (whether directly or otherwise) with activities that have been sanctioned, restricted, deemed illegal or placed under surveillance by any applicable regulatory authority, including but not limited to involvement with cryptocurrency exchange/wallet/schemes sanctioned, restricted, deemed illegal or placed under surveillance in a country;
e. Crypto exchanges, wallets or schemes that don’t fully verify the identity of all parties or don’t provide Tranglo with full visibility into the entire transaction; f. Pseudo-pharmaceuticals, including any products making health claims that haven’t been approved by the relevant authorities.

Governing language
These Terms are published in English. If you happen to read a translated version, the English version shall prevail and will apply in case of any discrepancies.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from these Terms and the remaining provisions will still apply and remain in full force and effect.
Use of the Site
Upkeep of devices and proper use of the Site
While we work hard to keep this Site safe, Tranglo does not guarantee that the Site will always be free from any harm, malware, bugs or viruses. It’s your responsibility to keep your devices secured, up to date and protected against threats. We will not be responsible or liable for any issues arising from your device’s malfunctions or security breaches.
You should not misuse our Site by engaging in fraudulent activities, introducing harmful materials or attempting unauthorised access. Appropriate action will be taken if we determine the Site is compromised.
