API Access

Sales Partners are required to generate the credentials from the Customer Portal API Settings and follow the authentication process described in this document.

To access the TB Open API, Sales Partners must use valid API credentials:
• Client_ID
• Client_Secret
• Access_Token

IP whitelisting is not required to use Tranglo Business API. Clients who wish to whitelist Tranglo Business’s IP for security purpose may contact support.team@tranglo.com.
