Ensure correct beneficiary name
The beneficiary’s name must match the name registered with their bank.

Payment to corporate entity
Payment sent to any corporate entity will automatically put the beneficiary bank on hold.
a) Beneficiary will be contacted by their bank branch to provide necessary documents such as invoices or sales agreements.
b) The bank branch will verify the documents against the established KYC details of the beneficiary before crediting the payment.
