To ensure smooth processing of your transaction, please provide the following details accurately:
• Sender’s full name
• Sender’s date of birth
• Beneficiary’s full name

Name-Matching Requirements for Transactions to Thailand
All transactions to Thailand are subject to mandatory name-matching by the beneficiary bank. To avoid delays or rejections, please ensure:
a) The beneficiary’s name must match at least 85% of the name registered with their Thai bank.
b) Enter the full name exactly as per bank records, including first, middle, and last names.
c) Do not include any prefixes or salutations (e.g., Mr, Ms, Mrs).
d) Avoid duplicated or repetitive names.
e) Ensure all name fields are completed:
 – Enter the last name in the Surname field.
 – Enter all other name parts in the Name field.
f) Do not use “NO LAST NAME” — such entries will be rejected.
g) Remove any extra spaces before or after the name.

Instapay: Within 15 minutes, 24x7
Pesonet:
T+1 Philippine business day for transactions received before 12:00 PM (GMT+8)
T+2 Philippine business day for transactions received after 12:00 PM (GMT+8)

Updated Philippines' remarks description for bank account channel
Although some banks support real-time processing, delays may still occur due to:
1) InstaPay downtime – the transaction may switch to PesoNet, which has a slower processing time.
2) Bank compliance checks or manual screening
3) System downtime or technical issues
4) Delayed status updates from partner banks
5) InstaPay not supported for certain bank accounts – transaction will follow PesoNet timing instead.

These factors can affect processing time, even when real-time service is available.

The list of banks are now split into three different categories:
- Supported banks that processes transactions via InstaPay (Any amount)
- Supported banks that processes transactions via PESOnet (Any amount)
- Supported banks that processes transactions via InstaPay & PESOnet (Depending on the amount)
