Job Summary
We are seeking an Integration Specialist to manage and support system integration projects. The ideal candidate will liaise with partners, analyze integration requirements, and ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting of integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with business partners during system integrations to ensure high quality integration
- Study and document on partner’s integration requirement to ensure high quality integration.
- Guide customers to use the system to ensure customer have smooth integration to production.
- Expertise in trouble shooting with a solid understanding of how the application works in the environment
- Analyse on the process and flow to raise system or process enhancement on the current platform to achieve better results.
Qualifications and requirements
- Strong understanding of API, HTTP, XML, REST.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use diagram drawing tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and programming.
- Experience in fintech or banking industries.
- Background in software development or testing.
